Took the train from Barcelona (after saying goodbye to Kim – sad!) and picked the car up in Perpignan, France.
Day 1 of our Cote d’Azur road trip went as follows (pretty much entirely unplanned): Perpignan –> Canet-en-Roussillon –> Peyriac de Mer –> Montpellier –> Marseille

And off we go! Took off from Perpignan and headed for Canet-en-Roussillon, an adorable little beach town on the Cote d’Azur, to check it out:
